Coaching Supervision
The practice of coaching supervision is designed to help coaches reflect upon and explore their practice in a way which ensures they are being maximally effective with their clients – leveraging best practices and maintaining effective ethical standards. It is a form of personal and coaching development practice through a process of collaborative coaching. It is common practice for professional coaches to have coaching supervision and can also be a requirement by clients as part of procuring the services of a coach.
Coaching Support as part of Development Programmes
The power of development programmes is hugely increased by the use of coaching during the programmes, between modules, once the programme has ended or a combination of these. This is because coaching really helps people translate theory into practice and offers the support and encouragement required to actually change behaviours over time at an individual level. I have extensive experience of this work in various organisations. I have been a longterm member of the liquid workforce of a prestigious global organisation as a coach on their development programmes
